January 22 is National Answer Your Cat's Question Day, though hopefully you don’t leave the poor thing hanging for the rest of the year. How can you resist those soulful eyes with their deep questions?
January 23 is National Handwriting Day, National Pie Day, and Measure Your Feet Day, so hit the town, throw a pie, measure your feet and write the results in your best impression of cursive. Do they even teach cursive in schools anymore? I guess we can find out on this day.
January 24 is Eskimo Pie Patent Day, because we all need to celebrate the day that Eskimo pies became official. Seriously, again with the food?
January 25 is Opposite Day. Opposites days are so fun, I’m glad there is an official one, so go have fun saying exactly what you don’t mean all day. For some reason, this one reminds me of Spongebob Squarepants. I have a feeling he would be giddy about this day.
January 26 is Australia Day. Australia has brought us much to celebrate, namely Outback. Come to think of it, I bet they will have a special to celebrate the day, so let’s all go out to eat!
January 27 is Punch the Clock Day. Being avidly against the 9-5 grind, I say we take this one literally, and punch that darned thing that keeps us chained to gainful employment!
January 28 is National Rattlesnake Round-Up Day. Yeehaw! Let’s put on those (very high top) cowboy boots, whip out the ole rattler lassos, and have ourselves a jolly good time! (Snake bit kit not included.)
